Watering the Garden
Well, this picture was actually taken about a year ago. Ian is helping me backfill a trench to the garden. Sadly we only made it half way last year.
I spent Thursday night digging the rest of the trench to the garden. Friday night Ian and Audrey "helped" me put the pipe in the glue up all of the fittings. The kids went to bed somewhere around 8:30 since Sonja was working and I went back outside till I couldn't see anymore.

After a trip to Lowe's this morning to get some blocks, here is the finished project:

Yes there are two facets. The short red handled one is connected to a sprinkler control valve that will be hooked to the control panel in the garage. The soaker hoses will be fed from that facet so we can program it to water the garden automatically. The tall green handled facet will be live all the time (except during the winter).
It feels good to finally have that finished.
