Yukon Gold
These potatoes are so beautiful and so yummy. Dad dug some today and will do some more tomorrow. 
The cows are enjoying the tops and husks, and we are enjoying the tender golden yellow kernels.
The green beans have been so good this Fall. For dinner tonight, we had home raised beef steak, mashed potatoes, green beans, beets, cucumbers and corn. We are so blessed!

What a BEAUTIFUL garden!!! I bet Ian would love to come and run around in it. :) I bet his mom would love to munch on some green beans. Hopefully we'll be able to make it over that way before it's all gone.
Grandpa was hoping Ian could come over and help dig the potatoes this year. Guess that will need to happen next year. The pumpkins are still out there. Hint, hint. :o)
